Responsibilities

Teach MBA/DBA courses; monitor curricula for compliance with South College and accrediting bodies.
Participate in course and curriculum evaluations/audits and implement recommendations.
Mentor doctoral students one-to-one as they demonstrate mastery through assessments.
Respond to emails and inquiries within 24 hours; grade assessments within the posted timeframes.
Provide robust qualitative and quantitative feedback; drive student success.
Conduct proactive and reactive outreach by email, phone, and video conferencing.
