Job summary

Securitas USA seeks a Global Clients Americas Program Manager (GCA PM) to act as a strategic Security Advisor for a major global datacenter client. Remote role with a preference for South Bend, IN or Chicago, IL, owning the overall security program strategy and profitability of the account.

You will engage senior stakeholders, deliver monthly presentations, and translate complex data into actionable insights while coordinating global initiatives and pricing strategies across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, security management, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Professional certifications in security or risk management (CPP, PSP, or similar) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of contract security operations, risk assessment, and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall account strategy and management for a major global datacenter client.
• Hold full P&L ownership for approximately $40M in annual revenue; analyze data to drive performance and profitability.
• Lead Security Risk Reviews and global safety programs; coordinate pricing strategies and staffing.
• Lead regular monthly business reviews and executive-level presentations with client and Securitas leadership.
• Coordinate global RFI/RFP responses and partner with branches to ensure staffing and profitability.
