Primoris Services Corporation seeks a Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable ELT pipelines on the Databricks Lakehouse Platform. You will integrate Python, PySpark, and SQL to deliver reliable data solutions for enterprise needs.

Collaborate with analysts, architects, BI developers, and offshore teams, while advancing with GenAI, orchestration, and modern tooling. This remote-friendly role supports data governance and documentation across programs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on data engineering delivering production workloads.
• Strong experience with Databricks, Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Experience troubleshooting Terraform deployments and cloud infrastructure issues.
• Solid understanding of Delta Lake and medallion architecture design principles.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub for CI/CD automation.
• Ability to lead offshore engineering teams while maintaining delivery accountability.
• Palantir platform knowledge is a plus; interest in GenAI and modern orchestration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain ELT pipelines on Databricks (Bronze-Silver-Gold).
• Package, version, and deploy reusable pipeline components using Databricks Asset Bundles.
• Implement and manage CI/CD workflows across environments via Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• Perform code reviews and provide delivery oversight for offshore teams.
• Participate in sprint planning, technical design reviews, and architecture discussions.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality, performance, and reliability issues.
• Support data modeling, lineage, and governance with Unity Catalog; document effectively.
