The position involves working with VistA, Oracle Health Millennium, and COTS/GOTS integrations, with Python scripting, database work, and network protocol knowledge.

Responsibilities include architecture evaluation, test design, and collaboration with VA project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems management, or related field.
• At least 10 years of information technology experience.
• Experience with Oracle or SQL Server in UNIX/VMS/Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, implement, test, and manage technology solutions.
• Develop and execute architecture strategies, feasibility studies, and integration analyses.
• Define architecture requirements and ensure compatibility with IT standards.
• Analyze application architecture, perform risk assessments, and set up testing environments.
• Handle multiple tasks with changing priorities and attention to detail.
• Produce client deliverable analysis reports with minimal supervision.
• Use architecture tools and repositories to capture, publish, and maintain artifacts.
• Maintain excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Be eligible for government security clearance.
