Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Data Entry Keyers to support an AI evaluation project focused on data entry, validation, and error detection. You will create realistic evaluation tasks and datasets that test AI systems on accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.

No prior AI experience is required, and roles are remote with project-based engagement. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, data validation skills, and the ability to work independently in a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Experience in data entry, quality assurance, data validation, or related roles.
• Strong ability to identify data inconsistencies, formatting errors, missing information, and truncations.
• Excellent written English and documentation skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and process-driven.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic data entry and validation tasks for AI evaluation.
• Build and review datasets across CSVs, PDFs, spreadsheets, and technical documents.
• Introduce and identify realistic errors, including missing data, malformed records, and formatting inconsistencies.
• Define correct outputs and reconciliation requirements for each task.
• Develop detailed grading rubrics to evaluate AI accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure tasks reflect real-world data quality and compliance standards.
• Collaborate remotely through clear written and verbal communication.
