Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking data entry keyers to support an AI evaluation project focused on creating realistic data-entry tasks and datasets that test AI systems for accuracy and data integrity. No prior AI experience is required, and work is remote as a project-based engagement.

Selected experts will contribute by designing tasks, validating data across multiple formats, and developing clear rubrics for evaluation, all while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in data entry, quality assurance, data validation, or related roles.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data across multiple file formats.
• Strong ability to identify data inconsistencies, formatting errors, missing information, and truncations.
• Excellent written English and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic data entry and validation tasks for AI evaluation.
• Build and review datasets across CSVs, PDFs, spreadsheets, and technical documents.
• Introduce and identify realistic errors, including missing data, malformed records, and formatting inconsistencies.
• Define correct outputs and reconciliation requirements for each task.
• Develop detailed grading rubrics to evaluate AI accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure tasks reflect real-world data quality and compliance standards.
• Collaborate remotely through clear written and verbal communication.
