Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or the Equivalent in Experience in a computer related field.
• Three (3) years of relational database systems and/or technical systems experience.
• Demonstrated experience in testing and automating business requirements.
• Must be bondable.
• Strong technical expertise in SQL, relational databases, job scheduling platforms, scripting tools, and automated process management.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex system issues and recommend solutions.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication skills for documentation, reports, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develops, deploys, monitors, and controls automated batch job scheduling and related back-office processes, directing efforts of and collaborating with external vendors.
• Develop and follow documentation and procedures.
• Exercises considerable independent judgment to select proper courses of action.
