Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group seeks an experienced Enterprise Data Architect to lead strategy and architecture for enterprise data, ontology, and AI platforms. You will set scalable standards across Palantir, Snowflake, and AWS, enabling secure and cost-effective data use.

Partner with technology and business leaders to define architecture roadmaps and governance. The role requires 10+ years in EA/Data/Solution Architecture with 3+ years in Palantir Foundry/AIP, and strong expertise in data modeling,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, data science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years in Enterprise/Data/Solution Architecture roles, with 5+ years in enterprise/domain architect capacity.
• 4+ years designing enterprise data, cloud, or AI architectures at scale.
• 3+ years with Palantir Foundry and AIP, including Ontology design/governance.
• Deep expertise in enterprise data modeling, ontology/knowledge graphs, data mesh, and domain-driven design.
• Strong AWS, cloud-native patterns, event-driven and API-based integration, HA, observability, IaC.
• Experience with AI/ML, GenAI, RAG, Agentic AI; governance and Responsible AI controls.
• Familiarity with data governance, security, privacy, and TOGAF/ArchiMate frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise data/AI architecture roadmaps and standards.
• Lead Ontology strategy and governance across Palantir Foundry/AIP.
• Architect data integration patterns across Snowflake, Kafka/MSK, and Palantir.
• Guide AWS-based data/AI capabilities (S3, Lambda, SageMaker, Bedrock) patterns.
• Drive architecture governance and communicate decisions to executives.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to translate strategy into roadmaps.
