Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an Enterprise Data Architect to lead strategy and architecture for data, ontology, and AI platforms. You will establish scalable standards across Palantir Foundry, AIP, Snowflake, and AWS, partnering with leaders to define roadmaps and governance.

We seek a senior technologist who can translate strategy into actionable architectures, drive cost-effective, secure designs, and mentor teams across Architecture, Engineering, Product, and Security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, data science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in Enterprise/Data/Solution Architecture roles, with 5+ years in enterprise/domain architect capacity.
• 4+ years designing enterprise data, cloud, or AI architectures at scale.
• 3+ years of Palantir Foundry and AIP experience, including Ontology design and governance.
• Deep expertise in conceptual/logical/semantic data modeling and data mesh/product thinking.
• Strong AWS, cloud-native patterns, event-driven integration, IaC.
• Experience architecting AI/ML, GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI with governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise Ontology strategy and architecture on Palantir Foundry/AIP.
• Define reference architectures and usage patterns for Foundry and AIP with guardrails.
• Establish Ontology integration with core systems (policy, billing, claims) and data platform.
• Define architecture for AI, GenAI, and Agentic workflows with Responsible AI controls.
• Define data architecture target state, data models, and data mesh patterns.
• Set standards for data integration across Snowflake, Kafka/MSK, and Palantir.
• Lead Architecture Review for data and AI initiatives; develop executive architecture narratives.
