Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus seven years of progressively responsible experience in strategic planning, performance measurement, or business intelligence.
• Experience with developing key performance indicators, implementing reporting frameworks, conducting benchmarking and comparative analyses, and communicating results to executive leadership.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Establish a system for measuring Key Performance Indicators across pillars of the Strategic Plan.
• Develop and manage data submission schedules, performance measures, reporting calendars, and review cycles.
• Create Strategic Plan scorecards and progress reports.
• Complete benchmarking analyses tied to Strategic Plan priorities.
• Report to the Board and executive leadership regarding overall plan progress.
• Other duties as assigned.
