Job summary

DMI is seeking an experienced Data Scientist / Machine Learning Specialist to support data-driven decision-making in a remote US role. You will develop analytical models, translate data into actionable insights, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities include building ML models, performing data exploration, and delivering BI dashboards using Power BI and Tableau. Requires 3–5 years of experience and a federal security clearance readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in data science, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to translate complex analytics into actionable recommendations for business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement data science, statistical modeling, and machine learning solutions for complex needs.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Develop and validate statistical and ML models using appropriate techniques.
• Perform data exploration, preparation, transformation, and feature engineering.
