Qualifications

• 3+ years in Data Science, ML, or related field.
• End-to-end analytical solutions from requirements to production.
• Experience with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
• Advanced SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Python for analytics, automation, ML, and model development.
• Strong communication to translate findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, validate, and maintain predictive, forecasting, classification, segmentation, and optimization models.
• Apply ML, statistics, and analytics to support acquisition, retention, portfolio growth, pricing and profitability.
• Execute end-to-end analytical workflows from data extraction to deployment and monitoring.
• Develop scalable analytical datasets, data pipelines, and reusable code libraries.
• Evaluate methodologies and technologies to improve business outcomes.
• Analyze customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and product performance.
• Develop segmentation methodologies and behavioral models to support growth.
• Partner with stakeholders to define metrics and measure results.
