Eliassen Group is seeking a Data Scientist for a remote contract role focused on building predictive models, forecasting, and customer analytics. You will work with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Product, Finance, and Risk to translate business questions into data-driven solutions.

You will leverage large-scale data processing, experimentation, and causal inference techniques to drive customer growth, portfolio performance, and profitability.

Formación

• 3+ years in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Experience delivering end-to-end analytical solutions.
• Experience with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to solve business problems with data-driven solutions.
• Advanced SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Python for analytics, automation, and model development.
• Statistical modeling, forecasting, and experimentation.
• Data visualization and data storytelling.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, validate, and maintain predictive and forecasting models.
• Apply ML and statistical techniques to support growth, pricing, profitability, and efficiency.
• Execute end-to-end analytical workflows from data extraction to deployment and monitoring.
• Develop scalable analytics solutions, model frameworks, and code libraries.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define performance metrics and measure results.
• Translate business challenges into analytical approaches and technical solutions.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Develop automated data quality controls and governance practices.
