Qualifications

• 3+ years in Data Science or related field.
• End-to-end analytics experience from requirements to production support.
• Experience with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
• Advanced SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Python for analytics, automation, and ML.
• Statistical modeling, ML, forecasting experience.
• Experimental design and causal inference.
• Data visualization and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, validate, and maintain predictive models.
• Apply ML and advanced analytics to growth, pricing, profitability, and efficiency.
• Execute end-to-end analytical workflows from data extraction to deployment.
• Develop scalable analytical datasets and reusable tools.
• Evaluate new analytics methods to improve outcomes.
• Analyze customer behavior and portfolio performance.
• Develop customer segmentation and behavioral models.
• Quantify impact of business initiatives using statistics.
