Qualifications

• 3+ years in Data Science, ML, analytics, or quantitative modeling.
• Experience delivering end-to-end analytical solutions.
• Experience with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and translating insights into actions.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and Python for modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, validate, and maintain predictive, forecasting, classification, segmentation, and optimization models.
• Apply machine learning, statistics, and advanced analytics to drive growth, profitability, and strategic decisions.
• Execute end-to-end analytical workflows: data extraction, feature engineering, modeling, validation, deployment, monitoring.
• Develop scalable analytical solutions, model frameworks, and reusable code libraries.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging analytical methodologies and technologies to improve outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders to define metrics and measure results.
• Design and conduct experiments, A/B tests, and pilot programs.
• Develop forecasting models for key business metrics and customer behavior.
• Build data pipelines and automate data quality controls.
