Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field required.
• 8+ years applying statistics or data science to complex problems.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with exploratory analysis, fitting distributions, and model validation.
• Experience with modeling and simulation for logistics or operational systems.
• Ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop statistically defensible representations of logistics-network behavior for modeling, simulation, and decision support.
• Fit distributions and quantify uncertainty using statistical methods and Monte Carlo techniques.
• Develop predictive models for classification, clustering, and anomaly detection.
• Translate results into decision-ready visualizations and reports.
• Collaborate with analysts, SMEs, and engineers to support mission decisions.
• Document methods, code, diagnostics, limitations, and data provenance.
