Job summary

Koniag Services Inc. is seeking a Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy advanced data science and ML solutions for our IT Call Center serving government clients.

This remote role collaborates with AWS practitioners and stakeholders to improve performance, efficiency, and customer experience through predictive analytics and NLP. Required: a master's degree in a quantitative field, 4+ years of hands-on data science experience, and strong Python and AWS ML skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field; 4+ years data science experience.
• Experience building ML/NLP solutions in Python with ML frameworks.
• Experience with AWS AI/ML services including SageMaker/Bedrock.
• Proficient in handling large, multi-source datasets and producing insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of ML solutions for IT Call Center performance.
• Design data pipelines, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.
• Develop NLP solutions to analyze transcripts and feedback, driving improvements.
