Jobgether in the United States seeks a data science professional to optimize healthcare revenue cycles through advanced analytics. You will analyze EHR, billing, and claims data, build predictive models, and partner with finance, IT, and clinical teams to drive cash optimization.

You will design dashboards, run experiments, evaluate payer trends, and translate complex results into actionable recommendations for executives.

Formación

• Master's degree with relevant experience, or a bachelor's with at least three years in the field.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics, statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and ML to translate results into business outcomes.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, R, Java, or C/C++).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake.
• Experience in data visualization with Tableau.
• Familiarity with ML algorithms and frameworks (RF, XGBoost, LightGBM) and DL techniques.
• Healthcare revenue cycle data familiarity and Epic experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; can present findings to executives.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and modern data science tools preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze large EHRs, billing, claims, and financial data to identify revenue leakage and opportunities.
• Develop and deploy predictive models to improve denial management and cash collections.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle, finance, and operations leaders to inform decisions.
• Design dashboards and reports to monitor AR days, denial rates, and net revenue.
• Design pilots and experiments to test revenue cycle strategies.
• Identify payer trends, coding accuracy, and denial drivers to guide interventions.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Lead data science projects for large-scale revenue cycle transformation.
• Improve data quality and reporting capabilities with IT and data teams.
• Evaluate model performance and apply new data science techniques.
