Job summary

Acxiom is seeking an Expert Data Scientist (Adobe Practice) to hands-on build scalable ML data products within the Adobe Marketing Cloud and third-party tools. You will transform data into insights, test hypotheses, and partner with stakeholders to deliver impactful analytics.

The role emphasizes Generative AI and production-grade data solutions. You will mentor junior data scientists, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and present results to non-technical audiences while advancing ML

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field with extensive work experience.
• Proven experience developing and deploying ML models in business settings.
• Strong Python and/or R programming skills and API integration ability.
• Advanced SQL and data manipulation skills; familiarity with LLMs and Generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Apply state-of-the-art algorithms to develop new data products or improve existing ones.
• Specialize in data pipelines, ML models, and advanced analytics.
• Build, evaluate and optimize models that use ML, AI, and Generative AI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and diagnostics for insights.
• Define project requirements including data sources, algorithms, and implementation.
• Develop knowledge of audience data sources for segmentation.
• Work with Product and Engineering to transition projects to production.
• Prepare and present analytical results to marketing and business teams.
• Mentor data scientists and provide guidance as needed.
