Job summary

The role requires strong skills in Python, SQL, and ML deployment, with experience in forecasting for retail, manufacturing, or eCommerce. Remote work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Data Science, ML, or Advanced Analytics.
• 3+ years in Demand Forecasting or Supply Chain Analytics.
• Experience building enterprise-scale forecasting models for multiple sectors.
• Experience deploying ML models into production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement demand forecasting models for short-, medium-, and long-term planning.
• Analyze historical sales, seasonality, promotions, pricing, and external factors.
• Develop ML models to improve forecast accuracy and reliability.
• Build scalable forecasting pipelines and automate model retraining.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Product teams for planning decisions.
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve forecasting accuracy.
• Perform statistical analysis, feature engineering, and model validation.
• Create dashboards and communicate forecasting insights to stakeholders.
• Deploy and maintain production-ready ML models.
