You will own end-to-end model development, collaborate with engineering, product, and operations, and deliver decision-ready insights and tools that drive measurable financial impact in a fast-paced, fan-first environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building and deploying predictive models in production or operational settings.
• Strong Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) and SQL skills with Spark experience.
• Expertise in time series forecasting (ARIMA, exponential smoothing) and ML approaches (XGBoost, DeepAR).
• Experience applying discrete optimization (MIP, constraint solvers, genetic algorithms) to pricing, clearance, or network design.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering, product, and operations to frame supply chain problems and translate models into actionable tools.
• Communicate modeling tradeoffs and results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end modeling pipelines and production-ready features.
• Deliver decision-support reports and dashboards for operations and leadership.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
