Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, applied mathematics, statistics, or ML is required.
• 5+ years of data science experience is required.
• 1+ year with stakeholders or similar collaboration is required.
• Experience applying ML/AI, NLP to business problems is required.
• Proficiency in Snowflake, Python, R, SQL; ability to visualize data required.
• Excellent communication; ability to translate complex results for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develops data science solutions using ML/AI, statistics, and quantitative modeling.
• Manipulates data from multiple sources and builds predictive/prescriptive analytics.
• Creates visualizations and dashboards to display insights and results.
• Collaborates with data engineers and analysts; supports data-driven projects.
• Mentors junior analysts and communicates project status to stakeholders.
• Develops data products that create member and business value.
