Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field related to health informatics or data science.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in data science or public health analytics.
• Expertise in ML/AI, predictive analytics, and advanced statistical methods.
• Experience with large healthcare/public health data and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for data management, governance, and information management.
• Develop reports, analyses, and executive briefings for leadership.
• Lead development of data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics using SQL, Python, R, and Power BI.
• Oversee data quality, metadata standards, and reproducible analytics pipelines.
• Collaborate across CDC programs, divisions, and external partners.
