Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in predictive analytics, advanced statistical modeling, and related methodologies.
• 4 years of experience in SQL, R, Python, or other statistical software for developing client-facing analytical solutions.
• 3 years of hands-on experience applying AI and Machine Learning techniques to solve business problems.
• 3 years of experience with Big Data concepts, tools, and architecture (e.g., data warehouses, data lakes).
• 3 years of experience using data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• 3 years of experience with the e-commerce ecosystem, including key marketplaces and platform dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Leads the development and adoption of best practices for integrating data science across the eControl platform and processes.
• Mentors a high-performing data science and analytics team.
• Partners with legal teams to understand eControl methodologies and uncover opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and automation.
• Drives thought leadership through research initiatives that contribute to business growth and competitive advantage.
• Designs and implements scalable data science frameworks that enable consistent, data-driven decision-making.
