Job summary

LTK is seeking a Data Science Manager to lead a team building LTK’s native AI platform and conversational AI capabilities across the company. This team will work on AI systems that power recommendations, retrieval, ranking, semantic understanding, and conversational experiences.

You will lead data scientists, stay close to technical work, and drive execution from idea to production, partnering with engineering, product, and brand to turn business problems into scalable AI solutions that improve

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data science or applied AI.
• 2+ years managing data scientists or leading projects and mentoring.
• Experience deploying ML models to production.
• Strong knowledge of recommender systems, ranking, NLP, experimentation.
• Experience with agentic AI, LLMs, and AI workflows.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data scientists building LTK’s AI platform and conversational AI experiences.
• Partner with engineering, product, and brand to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.
• Drive execution from idea to production with high quality delivery.
• Hire, develop, and retain strong data science talent.
• Set clear expectations and proactively manage performance.
