LTK is seeking a Senior Manager of Engineering, Data Engineering, to lead and shape the data capabilities powering our products, analytics, and AI use cases. You will own technical direction across data architecture, pipelines, and governance while guiding a team to deliver reliable, scalable data solutions from a remote location in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, platform engineering, or backend engineering.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience with building high-performing teams.
• Experience owning technical roadmaps and leading complex engineering initiatives.
• Strong technical judgment across data architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience establishing engineering practices that improve delivery reliability and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of data and software engineers with clear performance expectations.
• Define the technical direction for data platforms, including architecture, modeling, ingestion, and governance.
• Drive scalable, reusable data models and shared capabilities across domains.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, security, and legal to translate priorities into roadmaps and milestones.
• Oversee platform modernization, data quality improvements, and metrics migration to trusted sources.
• Improve engineering efficiency through automation, documentation, and reusable practices.
