Job summary

Jerry.ai in New York is expanding its Data Science & Analytics team with 2–3 hires to drive impact across growth marketing, product development, AI & automation, and strategic partnerships. You’ll sit on the central DS&A team but be embedded in a core business area and own the analytical function end-to-end.

You’ll define problems, build dashboards, run experiments, and surface insights that move key metrics.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in data analytics or data science.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data.
• Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence decisions at leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Define metrics, build dashboards, run analyses, and surface data insights.
• Design experiments and surface data insights to move the team’s key metrics.
• Bring recommendations to product, growth, finance or operations and outline next steps.
