Job summary

Jerry is expanding its Data Science & Analytics team in New York to own end-to-end analytical deliverables for core business units such as growth, product, AI and automation, and partnerships. You will define questions, build dashboards, run experiments, and surface insights to move key metrics.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth tech company.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
• Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
• Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence decisions at leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Define the right problems: understand the business question and decision it informs.
• Data and insights: define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, surface data insights.
• Drive outcomes: bring recommendations to counterparts and guide next steps end-to-end.
