Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, seeks a senior Data Readiness Agile Product Owner to lead an Agile team preparing operational data for digital and AI use cases. You will define the product vision, manage the backlog, and drive data governance, quality, and lifecycle standards across sustainment operations.

You will partner with engineering, sustainment strategy, enterprise data, and digital technology groups to deliver scalable data products that enable ML, analytics, and automated workflows.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years in engineering, analytics, or data management; advanced degree acceptable.
• Experience leading product ownership and agile data initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of data governance and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with AI, ML concepts and digital technologies.
• Proven ability to influence across senior leadership and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agile backlog for data readiness and AI use cases.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and measurable value delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs for AI readiness.
• Translate business needs into data requirements and user stories.
• Champion data quality, lineage, governance, and standards enterprise-wide.
• Partner with data architects, engineers, scientists, and analysts to ensure fit-for-purpose data.
• Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and backlog grooming activities.
• Communicate program status and strategic impacts to senior leadership.
