Job summary

ApartmentIQ is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to maintain, audit, and improve data quality across our products. This hands-on role is responsible for directly investigating data issues, identifying root causes, executing quality-control processes, and reporting on overall data health.

You will work closely with Product and Engineering to refine internal tools and test AI-assisted workflows that make data operations more efficient and scalable.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in data quality, data ops, analytics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with automation and AI-assisted workflows.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve data quality issues through hands-on analysis.
• Maintain and execute data quality controls and SOPs.
• Experiment with automated and AI-assisted workflows.
• Track and report data quality metrics and trends.
• Identify recurring issues and optimize processes.
• Prioritize and manage queue workloads to resolve high-impact issues.
• Communicate findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation of data standards and SOPs.
