ManpowerGroup is seeking a Data Quality Analyst for a 3-month contract to join the Data Quality Analytics team. This remote role supports Product, Program, and Operations, emphasizing attention to detail and structured guidance.

The ideal candidate will review data annotations, apply quality rubrics, and report findings to stakeholders, while collaborating across teams and owning guidelines to improve data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology or behavioral science (e.g., HCI, psychology, statistics, cog sci).
• Ability to follow guidelines precisely and spot inefficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Review annotations or data collections for quality and importance.
• Apply quality methodology, guidelines, and rubric when labeling large data sets.
• Use in-house data labeling platforms to complete tasks across multiple projects.
• Identify errors and trends; report findings to stakeholders.
• Own guidelines and SOPs to improve data quality.
