Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Data Analyst to support data science initiatives and next‑gen product development. You will work with SQL, Python, and Spark to build scalable data solutions, validate data quality, and deliver actionable insights for US and global teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and platform teams, along with the delivery of dashboards to monitor data performance. Remote/hybrid options may apply, with strong emphasis on data quality and automation.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience with ETL, data transformation, data mart development, data source ingestion, data pipelining, and data warehousing
• Experience in cloud computing environments; Databricks and Snowflake are a plus
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and build reliable analyses
• Experience delivering dashboards or reporting for data performance and consistency
• Ability to work independently from detailed specifications and instructions
• Strong attention to detail and time management to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Research and understand Acxiom products, tools, and processes
• Assist with validation and delivery of products or improvements
• Prepare analysis datasets by appending, deduplicating, and merging with other datasets
• Run queries to identify data anomalies and perform quality audits
• Collaborate with data scientists and team leads to define project requirements
• Contribute ideas for product or process automation improvements
• Extract, load, and transform data for modeling; support data marts for scored outputs
