Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Data Sciences & Analytics Team to build scalable data products and support next-generation analytics for our US and global businesses. You will work hands-on with SQL, Python/R, and ETL pipelines, ensuring data quality and delivering insights.

As part of the team, you will validate products, prepare datasets, and collaborate with data scientists to define requirements and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field and 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, R, Scala, Spark or similar programming language.
• 3–5 years experience with ETL, data transformation, data mart development, data source ingestion, data pipelining, data warehousing.
• Experience with cloud computing environments; Databricks and/or Snowflake a plus.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and to develop dashboards or reporting for monitoring data performance.
• Experience with large datasets and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Research and understand Acxiom products, tools, and processes.
• Validate and deliver products or improvements.
• Prepare analysis datasets and merge with other datasets.
• Query data to identify anomalies and perform quality audits.
• Collaborate with data scientists and teams to define requirements.
• Assist with engineering, delivery and platform teams to ensure data delivery.
• Conduct data hygiene analyses, cross-tabs, frequencies, and profiling reports.
• Extract, load, and transform data; build data marts to support model outputs.
