Padmore Global Connections LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead data-specific projects for CTDDS initiatives. The role supports data migrations, governance, cleansing, exports and API work within a remote contract framework.

Strong governance and communication skills are essential. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in project management, experience with HIPAA/HITECH/FedRAMP, and familiarity with government or health data programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with data migrations, governance, cleansing, exports and APIs.
• Experience with HIPAA, HITECH, FedRAMP or similar compliance regimes.
• Experience managing projects for governmental agencies or health-related data projects.
• Proficiency with MS Project, MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, Azure DevOps.

Responsabilités

• Lead data-focused migration and modernization projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and risk registers.
• Coordinate vendor management and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare dashboards, status reports and meeting agendas for governance reviews.
• Ensure regulatory and security compliance throughout project lifecycle.
