Job summary

Integres, LLC is seeking a Data Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmap, and execution of data products supporting DCYF's Whole Family approach. You will work at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and business strategy to transform organizational data into scalable, governed assets.

The role requires 4–7 years in data, strong SQL, and experience with modern data architectures. Remote or hybrid work options are available, with a focus on Minnesota state programs.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in data management, data analytics, data engineering, product management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, data warehousing, data modeling, metadata, data governance, data lakes, and ETL/data integration.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with analytics and data tools such as dbt, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products, including data platforms, analytics tools, and ML infrastructure.
• Identify high-value data opportunities by evaluating the data landscape, business needs, and pain points.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of data products from requirements to deployment and iteration.
• Partner with data engineers and scientists to develop scalable data pipelines, models, and services.
• Ensure data products meet standards for data quality, governance, lineage, reliability, and documentation.
