Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in data management, analytics, engineering, or related fields.
• Strong Product Management / Leadership experience.
• Understanding of data systems, pipelines, warehousing, and governance.
• Ability to translate complex tech into business language.
• Experience with analytics/BI tools and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise data products.
• Lead end-to-end data product lifecycle from ideation to deprecation.
• Partner with data engineers/scientists to build scalable pipelines and data services.
• Ensure data quality, governance, lineage, and metadata standards.
• Translate business logic into data transformations and domain rules.
• Serve as liaison between technical teams and DCYF stakeholders.
• Define success metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Promote responsible data use, privacy, governance, and compliant AI.
• Support modernization from mainframe to data lakes/platforms.
