We are seeking an Associate Director of Data Product Management to help lead the continued development of DataHub, our self‑service data warehousing and reporting product. With DataHub, we are striving to help PACE organizations access their data in an intuitive way, allowing them to easily create custom reports for internal purposes.
In this management role, you will be the primary owner of this product line and will be responsible for the success of that product. This includes overseeing the product’s day‑to‑day operations, partnering with engineering to plan releases, and strategically evaluating new feature opportunities.

The base salary range for this role is 165K-175K. We expect the ideal candidate to fall near the midpoint of this range, though final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and organizational needs.
