Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business or 4 years analytics exp.
• EPIC official designation of “Proficient” within probation period.
• 1–2 years relational database and health care analytics experience.
• 1–2 years with Crystal Reports or similar reporting tools.
• SQL/Oracle and/or Business Objects experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand data structures to create analytical solutions.
• Serve as first contact for data analytics and process improvement.
• Perform data analysis, create queries and automation.
• Ensure data meaning and accuracy in reports.
• Lead data requirements and translate business needs into solutions.
• Communicate analytical insights to drive decisions.
