Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business or related field plus two years in pharmacy or data analytics.
• EPIC proficiency required within probationary period.
• Two years experience with relational databases (design/testing/troubleshooting).
• Two years experience in data analysis/healthcare planning, preferably in Pharmacy.
• Two years experience with reporting tools like Crystal Reports.
• Experience with SQL/Oracle and/or Business Objects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of database structure and BI tools to create analytical solutions for the pharmacy team.
• Serve as first point of contact for data analytics and process improvement for the pharmacy team.
• Perform data analysis and create queries, programs, and automation.
• Ensure reported data is meaningful and accurate using analytical methods.
• Lead data requirements gathering for problem identification and solution design.
• Provide analytical insights from data to drive strategic business decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure timely completion.
