Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical role with deep data engineering expertise.
• Hands-on experience with streaming and batch ingestion, Spark and Kafka.
• Experience migrating EDW workloads across OLAP/OLTP systems with performance tuning.
• Familiarity with data observability, telemetry, and SIEM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to guide large-scale data engineering transformations.
• Architect production-ready pipelines and demonstrate platform value end-to-end.
• Develop expertise in data lake architectures and lakehouse models across cloud platforms.
• Support pre/post-sales engagements with POCs, workload sizing, and custom designs.
• Lead workshops, hackathons, and conference sessions to drive adoption.
