Job summary

the company is seeking a Specialist Solutions Architect (SSA) - Data Warehousing to guide customers through cloud data warehousing transformations. You will work with Solution Architects and provide hands-on experience with large-scale data warehousing technologies, lakehouse architectures, and production migration planning.

You will contribute to architecture design, performance tuning, data modeling, and end-to-end workload migrations while reporting to the Specialist Field Engineering Manager

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a technical role with expertise in data warehousing.
• Experience with design and implementation of data warehousing technologies including relational databases, SQL, data analytics, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, and OLAP.
• Production programming experience in SQL and Python, Scala, or Java.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to guide strategic customers to successful cloud transformations on large-scale data warehousing workloads.
• Architect production workloads and end-to-end pipeline load performance testing and optimization.
• Assist Solution Architects with advanced aspects of the technical sale including proof of concept content and workload sizing.
