Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Remote/Homebased, full-time Junior to Mid-level Data Acquisition & Vendor Management professional. You will coordinate data provider onboarding, maintain data feed docs, and troubleshoot data delivery issues.

You will track contract lifecycles and audit licensing terms, ensuring timely renewals and data retention compliance. You will collaborate with ingestion teams, monitor SLAs, and reconcile usage with procurement, helping ensure accurate billing and data quality across

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in data acquisition or vendor management in a data-driven organization.
• Hands-on familiarity with data products, licensing models, and identity/data integration solutions.
• Comfort navigating data structures, APIs, and file delivery methods (SFTP, cloud storage).
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex licensing agreements, contract terms, and usage metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to articulate data availability and licensing constraints.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical intake prerequisites for new data providers with Data Ingestion.
• Maintain technical documentation for data feeds, including schema mappings and data dictionaries.
• Partner with data ingestion teams to troubleshoot delivery failures and feed interruptions.
• Track lifecycle of NDAs, Data License Agreements, and related contracts from initiation to execution.
• Audit and log contractual parameters: permitted use cases, renewal dates, and data retention.
• Log and verify DPIAs and security questionnaires prior to feed activation.
• Maintain Data Acquisition Salesforce with provider status and renewal cadence.
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs including data timeliness and quality.
• Reconcile vendor usage and invoices with procurement to ensure billing accuracy.
