Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a data acquisition and vendor management professional for a remote-friendly role. You will coordinate integration prerequisites, manage data licenses, and maintain comprehensive data feed documentation while ensuring compliance with SLAs and governance standards.

You will collaborate with ingestion teams to resolve delivery issues, track agreements through execution, and work with procurement to align usage and billing with contract terms.

Qualifications

• Experience with data licensing models and data products.
• Ability to read and interpret licensing agreements and usage metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical intake prerequisites with Data Ingestion team.
• Maintain documentation for data feeds, mappings, and schemas.
• Troubleshoot delivery failures and feed interruptions with data ingestion teams.
• Track NDAs, Data License Agreements, and amendments through execution.
• Log contractual parameters including permitted use, renewal dates, and data retention.
• Verify DPIAs and security questionnaires before feed activation.
• Maintain Salesforce records for provider status and feed types.
• Monitor SLAs, delivery timeliness, and data quality.
• Reconcile vendor usage, data volumes, and invoices with procurement.
