Acxiom is hiring a remote Data Acquisition Specialist to coordinate intake with the Data Ingestion team and manage data provider documentation. The role involves tracking NDAs, license agreements, and amendments while ensuring accurate data delivery and compliance with SLAs.

You will work across data products, licensing models, and integration solutions, communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Remote opportunities may include US-wide candidates.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in data acquisition, vendor management, data governance, or product support roles within a data-driven organization.
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with data products, licensing models, and identity/data integration solutions.
• Comfort navigating data structures, APIs, and file delivery methods (SFTP, cloud storage, direct feeds).
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex licensing agreements, contract terms, and usage metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate data availability, licensing constraints, and business impacts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate technical intake prerequisites for new data providers with the Data Ingestion team.
• Maintain technical documentation for data feeds, including schema mappings and data dictionaries.
• Troubleshoot delivery failures, format anomalies, or feed interruptions with data ingestion teams.
• Track lifecycle of data acquisition agreements from initiation through execution.
• Audit and log contractual parameters into central tracking systems: permitted use cases, renewal dates, data retention policies.
• Log Data Sheets, DPIAs, and security questionnaires before feed activation.
• Maintain the central Data Acquisition Salesforce with provider status and renewal cadences.
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs including delivery timeliness and data quality.
• Reconcile vendor usage, data volume metrics, and invoice details with procurement and finance.
