Syllo, a leading Litigation AI platform, seeks a Data Specialist to own the data layer across active cases. You will manage ingestion, processing and production workflows, validate outputs, and ensure data integrity before delivery to clients, collaborating with Client Services, Product and Engineering.

The role requires hands-on EDRM lifecycle experience, platform fluency with Relativity, Everlaw and Nuix, and a disciplined QC process.

Qualifications

• EDRM lifecycle from collection to production in complex cases.
• Systematic QC processes documented and repeatable.
• Hands-on experience with Relativity, Everlaw or Nuix.
• Knowledge of file formats, metadata, and load files.
• Ability to explain data issues to attorneys and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Manage ingestion, processing, and production workflows for active cases.
• Apply QC standards to data outputs before delivery to clients.
• Diagnose and resolve collection anomalies and metadata errors.
• Advise clients on data workflows, specs, and review protocols.
• Coordinate data handoffs, document custody, manage intake queues.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product on data issues.
• Create and maintain processing guides and workflow standards.
