Job summary

SmartPA is seeking a detail-oriented Data Operations professional to join the Centre of Excellence (COE) supporting a global client account. The role focuses on structured business support, data management, governance, and visual reporting across international stakeholders.

You will contribute to day-to-day service delivery, ensure data accuracy, and develop compelling dashboards that align with brand standards and reporting needs. Remote work is supported with afternoon/evening shift patterns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administration, business operations, data entry, content management, or operational support roles.
• Spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets): functions, data validation, pivot tables.
• Expert proficiency in at least one major data visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI/Looker Studio).

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end business assignments within a small team.
• Prioritise and organise workloads across tasks and workstreams.
• Track progress against SLAs and KPIs using digital tools.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality standards.
• Use systems and digital tools to deliver work efficiently.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure high-quality output.
• Manage lifecycle of complex datasets with data integrity and governance.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and internal knowledge bases.
