Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, data management, or operations.
• Experience managing large datasets from multiple sources.
• Experience developing dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Proficient in Excel, Power Query, and Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Power Automate, Teams).
• Familiarity with BIM-related data environments and project information systems.
• Experience with workflow automation and process improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data Management: Manage, integrate, and maintain internal datasets across HR, sustainability, project, financial, and operational data.
• Data Standards: Establish naming conventions, metadata structures, and documentation practices.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor data quality and implement validation processes.
• Practice Area Support: Help standardize project data structures and reporting.
• Systems Integration: Coordinate data flow between HR platforms, ERP, PM tools, BIM, and reporting platforms.
• Knowledge Management: Organize institutional knowledge and improve accessibility across systems.
• Reporting & Analytics: Build dashboards and reports for leadership and project teams.
• Automation & Process Improvement: Identify workflow improvements and support automation.
