BairesDev is looking for a Data Modeler to contribute to the data modeling workstream of an active MDM implementation, using Erwin to design logical, physical, and conceptual models with a collaborative, global team.

You will apply insurance domain knowledge to shape robust data structures, support data visualization, and ensure data quality and governance across the organization while enjoying 100% remote work, flexible hours, and competitive USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data modeling experience.
• Solid data modeling methodologies and best practices.
• Proficient in Erwin Data Modeling.
• Familiar with insurance industry data structures.
• Experience in data visualization.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data models across multiple data sources as part of an MDM implementation.
• Work with Erwin to design logical, physical, and conceptual data models.
• Collaborate with fellow data modelers and the project manager to ensure consistent delivery.
• Apply insurance domain knowledge to inform accurate and meaningful data structures.
• Support data visualization efforts to communicate models and relationships to stakeholders.
