We are seeking a detail‑oriented Data Modeler with proven experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will design scalable and high‑performance data models to align with business needs and technical requirements, particularly on Guidewire and Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop logical and physical data models to support P&C insurance business processes incrementally.
• Work with Business Analysts to define and document data mapping rules from source systems such as Guidewire and legacy systems.
• Optimize physical data models for performance and scalability on the Snowflake platform.
• Ensure the models meet business requirements, technical standards, and data governance guidelines.

Required Experience and Skills

• Proven experience working on data models in the P&C Insurance domain.
• Hands‑on experience with data modeling tools (e.g., Erwin).
• Strong understanding of data vault, relational and dimensional modeling concepts.
