Job summary

Parexel International is seeking a Manager, Patient Safety Operations to lead pharmacovigilance activities remotely from the United States. You will supervise staff, ensure quality and compliance, and guide process improvements in collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have strong PV operations knowledge, people management experience, and a proven ability to drive automation and efficiency while maintaining regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Science, or another health-related field.
• People management experience.
• Experience working with clients and coordinating across functions.
• Working knowledge of pharmacovigilance operations and clinical research methodologies.
• Excellent clinical, regulatory, and medical Safety Services knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Patient Safety staff and coordinate budgets.
• Ensure SLAs and KPIs for quality, compliance, and training.
• Coordinate client communications and escalations.
• Provide functional expertise for Patient Safety processes and support automation tools.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant regulations and Parexel SOPs; support audits and risk mitigation.
